Shopping in London

Two words.

Oxford Street.

Two more words.

Is incredible.

Our first day in London, fully intending to rest, do laundry and exercise, we wound up shopping on Oxford Street.

H&M, Zara, Top Shop, Forever 21, Primark. I spent my life savings on this street.

I’ll take them all!

Between the three of us we bought dresses, t-shirts, shorts, singlets, shoes, sunglasses, jackets, jumpers, perfume, jewellery and scarves.

H&M is fantastic for bargains; a £12 winter dress, jeans for £8, and £4 for a t-shirt.

Zara is beautiful. I found it much nicer than the new Zara in Melbourne. I wanted to buy the store! I took home a lovely knit jumper, a dressy top and a gorgeous yellow dress.

Walking the strip of Oxford Street, there are several stores of each chain. If you can’t find your size in H&M, never fear, walk two blocks for another two H&M’s.

Day one purchases

Wowza.

Ladies and gents if you visit London you can’t go past Oxford Street. Next on our list to check out is the Westfield in Shepard’s Bush, it’s the biggest in Europe!

Oxford Street is a quick 10 minute walk from our hotel.

Two words.

Dangerous. Fabulous!

Yours in penny spending,
Nikki
