Feeling refreshed, today we
set sail for the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’, Dubrovnik.
I made it to my second
breakfast in a row – great start – and spent the morning lying out on the boat
reading a book and listening to music with our new friends.
Ahh the serenity.
We ate lunch on the boat and
by afternoon we were docked and walking through the medieval streets of
Dubrovnik.
It was stunning. Old buildings
built from limestone and marble, laneways filled with shops and cafes, and of
course the old city walls.

Old Town Dubrovnik
I'm the king of the world on a boat like Leo
We walked along the city walls stretching nearly 2km around the town, treated to stunning views of the ocean and surrounding land. The landscape was impressive and the weather was hot! It was
our first really hot day, can I get a hallelujah!
It was so hot in fact we had to
find somewhere to sit out of the sun and enjoy a cold drink.
Hi yes I'll have a Sprite please
Hello a bit of service here?
Fiiiine, I'll wait
Dubrovnik has been known in
the past for its maritime trade, so we explored the Old Town and found
somewhere to sit overlooking the boats, and I was lucky enough to spot another
dolphin. Winner!
Back to the boat for an early
Happy Hour it was time to get ready for the big night ahead.
It turns out our tour guide
Adam is an aspiring rapper, and goes by the name of Agenda MC. We convinced him
to bust out some beats before heading into town – he was great! Watch this
space.

Ready to party
Great looking bunch
We ate a lovely dinner in the Old Town, but everyone was busting to get out and get the night started.
We began at Galerie, where we
drank cocktails from buckets, later known as cockets. The Thai Bucket was a
favourite, filled with Red Bull, vodka and Thai mix.
Yummy.
Fair to say shit got cray.
There's a hole in my bucket dear Eliza, dear Eliza
Then fix it dear Henry
The Wolfpack does Dubrovnik, and glow sticks
After drinking more buckets
than we could remember we were off to the club Revelin for some dancing.
Fair to say shit got cray-er.
There were dancing in cages,
dancing on couches, people buying whole bottles of vodka, bartenders throwing
fire, more dancing and just general craziness.
That shit cray...
I was up to see another
Croatian sunrise. I don’t think anyone could remember half of the night but I
know it was a great one. That shit cray!
